You maybe the answer to my prayers. I am a senior who just had a very bad check-up yesterday. I am home bound and my daily routine includes sitting and crocheting for those in need. I have gained over 100 lbs and my? BP, heart and cholesterol and all scary and I weigh 240 lbs! I lastest 5 min. on this workout yesterday and a full 8 minutes this morning. Any suggestions? I am desperate for help.
